Folded Corner: A booking confirmation letter or e-mail will be sent out to you within two days of your booking request, any booking request can be cancelled up to the point of booking confirmation.  The booking confirmation letter should be checked carefully, and you should inform us of any errors immediately. 30% deposit must be received one week after the reservation has been made,  we reserve the right to cancel the booking before this payment is made.  Once payment is received we will send you further details of the lodge and a receipt. Full payment for the holiday plus a refundable deposit of £100 must be received 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencing, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking (any deposit may be lost).  We recommend you take out cancellation protection insurance. We will accept a cheque or bank transfer details will be sent with the booking confirmation. The party leader must be 18 or over at the time of booking Saturday to Saturday booking, arrive from 3pm, depart 10am to allow for cleaning. The lodge is non smoking, without exception. Any breakages or other damage must be communicated to the owners of Koinonia lodge, and if required, paid for. A maximum of 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) are allowed to stay in the holiday home (for insurance purposes). Pets are allowed, however, if a pet causes damage to the property, any costs must be paid by the owners of the pet.  Please consider other people using the lodge after you, and clean up any hairs etc that may cause a problem.  Do not allow pets on the furniture.  The owners of Koinonia Lodge will not be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by you, if the booking cannot be delivered through unforeseen circumstances. The owners of Koinonia Lodge will not be held responsible for any injury incurred on the property or using equipment from the property.  Please ensure you follow instructions carefully and holiday safely. The £100 deposit will be returned within a week of the completion of your holiday, subject to the site managers satisfactory check list.
